"Riktigt bra hotell som jag bott pÄ flera gÄnger. Denna gÄng hade vi med hund, stort plus för att man fÄr sitta i en del av serveringen med hunden. Alla som jobbar hÀr Àr jÀttetrevliga och fÄr bÄde oss och hunden att kÀnnas oss vÀlkomna, ocksÄ stort plus.
Hade dock varit bra att stÀda golvet varje dag, speciellt i rummen man har hund.
Utöver det mer Ă€n nöjda. Bra frukost, bra tilltrĂ€de till gratis gym, Ă€r man tidig fĂ„r man lĂ€tt parkering. Personalen Ă€r riktigt hjĂ€lpsam om man har frĂ„gor. Rekommenderar verkligen det hĂ€r hotellet om man vill bo nĂ€ra centrala och fĂ„ riktigt bra service. Tryggt och sĂ€kert hotell đ"

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotelâs restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best.
The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If youâre traveling via Uber, itâs fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead.
If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas!

"No one available on arrival to let me in and phone number on door didnât work. Came back an hour later 18:00 and someone did answer the door. Advised wrong room and walking into occupied room. Back to reception for an alternative key/room.
Shower head was broken so didnât stay up. Not very good for showering. "
