The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality."

I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us.
