The staff were very helpul and made me feel welcome from check in to check out. Extra special thanks to Maria at the front desk and Bilal at the roof top restaurant. This is a prime location to stay if you want to stay in the marina. Plenty of great restaurants within stumbling distance and access to a private beach and pool which was great for relaxing. "We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow."

"I’ve rarely written a bad review because I believe most things don’t make that much impact on me. This hotel is different. Building noise, not great food, almost unusable wifi, old tired rooms, dirty in room fridge, air con that’s old and noisy and sounds like it’s about to break. The construction noise can’t be helped but I’d avoid this hotel for the next 6-8 months because the drilling and sawing went on and on and on until 8pm. It was dreadful. Staff were generally helpful and nice but I’d say I was disappointed by the room and it was just very tired and rundown."
