"When we arrived there was literally nowhere to park and there was a man shouting out the window at a lady who was parked in front of the property. We tried to find somewhere to park in nearby streets and it was all permit parking only. I emailed via the app and the response came that you could park in the permit parking after 6pm; not much use when check in was 3pm; and that there was parking in nearby streets - we couldn't find any. I did book at short notice, which was my problem (so didn't realise we would need to wait for an email from them as there was no manned reception); but not being able to park anywhere near the property meant that we just gave up and found somewhere else to stay. "

The building is old, the stairs to the room were a bit awkward, nevertheless, overall an excellent experience. "
