Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00.
Official check-in time is from 17:00 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00 onwards, depending on availability.
Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests must take out the garbage bags (it CANNOT be leftin the apartment).
Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
Deposit and Taxes:The security deposit will be managed by Apartbeachvia card pre-authorization. The tourist tax will also be managed by Apartbeachand must be paid on the day of arrival.
