"The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and parks. I stayed there in February and again for work last week (June) during the FIFA games. I found my room the second time to be much smaller, with the closest door being hard to maneuver, the carpet feeling damp, the bathroom sink making strange noises, and the room not having a hair dryer. Overall the hotel is a good option based on location. The next door coffee shop is delightful and most of the staff are very nice."

"I attended the Shakira concert on June 23, 2026 & picked this hotel because of how close it was to the American Airlines so we could walk back & forth to & from concert. Hotel was great, nice room BUT we left the hotel at 7:30pm to walk to American Airlines and there were soooo many homeless people around the area as well as cop cars and we felt very unsafe until we got closer to the American Airlines. Needless to say after the concert we got a taxi to take us back to the hotel."

"This was my first time at Springhill suites in Dallas. One thing I didn’t like was the one time price of one night of $285. I know that is not the normal price to stay there. But FIFA games was not that good to raise that high for special events. Houston and San Antonio Springhill was not that high. But overall the town was nice."

"This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend. We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front."
