"Very clean room with all what you need for your stay. Danilo is excellent host with all information you may need for your stay in Catania area. He arranged for us early morning (5am) transfer to the airport. I would definitely recommend Vivendo apartments. "

"Fantastic location. Everywhere nearby. We were in December, so the radiators were a big plus, which were only on the first day, but there was also air conditioning that could be heated at night. Towels not changed even once for a 3 night stay. The room was only cleaned once (after the second night). The big downside was the terrible stench upon entering the hotel. The smell was no longer felt in the room."

"The property very clean, the location to many places are walkable. Check-in instruction are clear. What makes the stay enjoyable are the staff there, Anna and Veronica. "Great location to station as well as centre. My room was delux and very nice. The view of mount Etna fantastic. Disappointed with the room service, better not to clean at all. All the cleaner did was to make the bed. Never cleaned anything, I forgot to flush toilet and found it the same. Dust on the floor, bed cover had stains on it, clean towels not given and no toiletries replaced. Vincenzo was excellent and gave me so much needed advice. Overall great place to stay but they need to replace...
