"It was perfect for my quick overnight stay during my layover in Madrid."

"The front desk lady was a bit inpatient with me when I was asking normal questions like about the shuttle to the airport. Room was nice and clean. The restaurant has a great variety however I waited for my food for over one hour. Terrible service at the restaurant and the food was not even that good after all. Poor service there. I had to get up and get my own ketchup. They dont have room service BTW. I would go back because of how close to the airport it is and the convenience of the airport...

"Buen desayuno, el personal muy atento"

"This is not a 4 star hotel !"

"Beautiful hotel and the free airport shuttle was just the cherry on top. Go here if you’re in transit."

"It was very neat"

"Our stay in Madrid was perfect! The hotel’s location near the airport was ideal, and the shuttle service was extremely convenient. The room was excellent, the amenities were fantastic, and the rooftop terrace with its inviting pool was a real highlight. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would highly recommend!"
