Sandwich recent renovate, single house, close to beach

"Overall I liked this property and we had a great time . We were there for 4 nights starting 7/30/26. However there are a couple things I feel I need to comment on that could use some improvement: - the side room with the pull out couch and pool table smelled VERY Musty . Gotta fix that . That’s an easy fix ..just gotta clean and air it out . The place could have been cleaned a little better overall before we arrived .could have used another vacuuming . The pull out couch in the living room is really not a pull out bed . It’s kinda like a half bed . Maybe get a real and larger pull out couch in there. Also it might be good to replace all the beds with firmer mattresses . All 4 were bouncy. The bed frames themselves are fine It might make sense to invest in an outdoor shower of some kind as well since only one bathroom.But we loved the location…very quiet and convenient to get places ;and the kitchen and dining room were both really nice and good size. Good parking and the host , Andrew, was very accommodating and responsive to questions The Town of Sandwich is very cute and Cape Codish.A good review overall but just a few things need tweakingFrom a visitor from Upstate NY"

"Very nice and clean There are 5 buildings which we didn’t know Ours was in the old meeting house it was renovated and clean. Beautiful building It was a short 5 minute walk to the main building. Cons: temperature in the room was not individually controlled. As it happened it was very cold 2 nights that we stayed. Also no cable TV only had Samsung plus and apps. Buffet breakfast was very minimal so don’t bother with it."

"Home and location are amazing. It has everything you need for a week-long stay at the beach. You won't want to leave the house, but if you do, there is a lot within a short drive. Some of the rooms get bright in the morning sun, so I was glad we brought a sleep pod for our baby."
