The hotel is located close to many shopping areas, JR station. The service was great, all staff were very polite. The breakfast was so good with many varied food from Hokkaido. The taste was so good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was close to a train station and another site we wanted to visit but it may not be the best location if you want to be in central Sapporo. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Larger than other hotels in Japan. Comfortable beds.

Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly. We had a good sized room which was nice and clean. Beds were soft and they had a very cozy comforter. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Spa was awesome. We also used their laundry facilities. Would definitely stay here again!

It was amazing! Super convenient to transportation! There was a mall right next to it as well. Suler friendly staff as well. It was so quiet and clean so it was good for families! I would totally stay again! Oh and a coin laundry and drying.

Always enjoyed our stay at Emisia. Its comfortable and ticks all the boxes. Their location makes it more of a pleasant stay. Their breakfast is always generous with varieties. Their spa facilities is enjoyable and nicely managed. Their spas dining option is also a bonus. To relax in the spa's dining lounge after the spa is so relaxing. Their laundry facilities are recently upgraded, huge room with plenty of new machines.

Conveniently located right next to the train station. Like entering a castle to rest & relax! Got a high floor for my room which has amazing views of the city. Loved the public bath at the basement, probably the biggest one I’ve ever been in for a hotel amenity! Would certainly stay here again for my next visit to Sapporo.

Emisia Hotel review

The hotel is on the older side. The pictures of the hotel doesn't do any justice. Need updated photos of room. Nice bigger rooms than the typical Japanese hotel rooms but the amenities of the room is outdated. The smell of the toilet smells like the sewer. The tub was old and it moved. When i entered the tub, it moved. We just stayed at the Hotel Grand Fontaine at Haneda Airport and it was very nice. Smaller room but nicer and the same price. It was a newer hotel but i highly recommend that hotel. Service was great but just the room needed updating. Great location, next to the Shin-Sapporo train station. There was a mall next to the hotel so that was great. Would i stay there again, the price would have be right to stay again. Maybe when they update the rooms.
