The room was spacious, everything was clean and nicely arranged. They have heater inside the room and heating was decent. All the stuff was so nice and amicable. They provided a lego set for my kid to play. Even the breakfast was also delicious and almost everything was cooked by themselves. We felt like staying at our home.

The staff only spoke Japanese, but we were able to communicate that our flight was delayed to them through the use of a Japanese sim with voice and Google Translate to request late check in. And the home cooked breakfast every day was amazing. Keep in mind that it’s shared restroom and shared shower.

今回真駒内セキスイハイムアイスアリーナでLIVEがあり、ネットで調べてたらたまたまこちらのペンションに辿り着く事ができました。 ペンション自体初めてでしたが良い意味でイメージが全然違いました。 1人ずつ落ち着いて広々と過ごせて 備品もちゃんと整っており 何よりご家族の皆様（スタッフ）の対応がとても親切丁寧で優しかったです。 北海道自体も初めてでしたが、また来年もLIVEは北海道でも開催されるはずなのでその時また泊まりたいと思いました。 居心地が良すぎて神奈川に帰るのが寂しくなりましたしずっと居たいと思いました。 いつかうちの家族にもオススメしたいです。 1泊2日ありがとう御座いました。

スタッフの対応、宿泊施設の設備等、清掃状況等は良かった。 　ただし、下記2点の注意点、改善点がある。 ①天井近くに小窓があり、レース状のカーテンが掛けてある。外からの光がかなり入ってくるし、外から部屋内が完全に見えない状態にはなっていない。プライバシー保護の為、遮光カーテン等の透過しない素材のカーテン生地への変更が望ましいと思う。 ②ベッド5台が設置されている大部屋において、客が使えるコンセントは3口だけだった。 旅行者は、電源タップを用意した方が良い。また、ホテル側で設置して貰えると、この施設の評価はもっと上がる。

初めて宿泊しました お母さんのような温かさと常に気にかけてくれる男性スタッフさんや常連さん、皆さん愛のある方々でした。 部屋も扇風機だけでなく、ひんやりシートをくれて暑さを気にせず過ごせました。 朝ごはん、手作りの和食。 ご飯をおかわりするほど美味しかった 私は癌末期に近く、この旅で人生を終わらそうと片道切符できました。小さなバック1つと紙袋に長袖1枚、これだけで東京からきました。 旅館で1泊して湖に向かう予定でしたが、1泊の中で人の温かみや優しさを貰い気持ちを切り替えることが出来ました。 治療に立ち向かう力をくれた温かさがある、そんな旅館です。

お母様もお父様もとても優しくしていただいて、実家に帰ったような気持ちになりました。 部屋は少し暑く感じましたが、ポータブルのエアコンを置いていただいていたので無事眠れました。 豊平公園駅を出たところにローソンがひとつ、近くの交差点に酒屋さんがあるのは確認できましたがそれ以外に食料を確保できそうになかったので、気になる方は先に済ませてからお宿に戻られるといいと思います。

2歳の子連れで2泊させていただきました。 スタッフの方がとにかく親切で心温まる対応でした。フロントや部屋までは階段を登らなくてはならないですが、毎回ベビーカーを運んでくださったり、子どもにはレゴブロックやお風呂のおもちゃを出してくださったりありがたかったです。 エアコンがない部屋で、冷風機（調子が悪かった）と扇風機のＷ使いでも暑かったですが、翌日伝えると対応していただけて、快適に過ごせました。 また利用したいです。
