A little bit away from the center but an ample amount of public space including the top floor areas more than makes up for what it may lack in convenience of location - the Bath areas were top notch - with breakfast equally so with such variety of fresh items

I stayed in a corner suite, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. The hotel is new, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff was not particularly helpful, but given that this is a large hotel, I suppose you cannot expect too much in terms of personalized service. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

Great property close to the station. We loved the spacious room and comfortable soaking tub in the bathroom. Most importantly was the onsen on the 25th floor. So relaxing after a long day. Sure wish they would loosen the No Tattoo aspect as so many people have tattoos these days.

A fantastic base for exploring Sapporo. The hotel is modern, stylish, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions and dining spots. The rooms are compact, could use a humidifier but thoughtfully designed, and the rooftop onsen offers a wonderful place to unwind after a day out. The staff were helpful as our child was ill and we needed to find medical services and they made calls to hospitals with English capabilities.
