"Villa was nice however the room is very dark as there is only one door to let the light in. Outside bathroom is a nice touch but shower took sometimes over 5 min to heat up and sometimes never got above Luke warm. They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable."
