"Room service staff was rude. The delivered the food and forgot our utensils, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive them. Dined in the restaurant, the food was cold by the time it was served. Definitely not worth the price that you pay. Valet service forgot to get our vehicle and waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive. Will not stay there again. "

"The elevator (1, other wasnt running) was super slow. We waiting a long time for it. It got very irritating. The coffee maker, Espresso or whatever it was only made a tiny amount of coffee at a time. My husband likes real coffee. There were no options for it. "

"New, clean building. Rooms are on the smaller side, and designed with poor ergonomics which makes for an uncomfortable stay. Had some trouble communicating with the front desk. We did not receive housekeeping service for a 5 night stay, this is unacceptable. The bathroom door is sliding frosted glass so doesn’t latch shut or lock and leaks a lot of light into the room during the night when in use. Elevator requires the room key card to go to your floor, which was not explained to us at check in, nor for any other newcomers, so we helped everyone that was confused in the elevator. "
