Relais Della Rovere

"We stayed here with our grown up children and their baby. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and very convenient to either drive or walk to the centre. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds for everyone all through the day so, happily, no one felt the need to “reserve” them. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We also had lunch and dinner once during our stay. The food was lovely. However, one of us eats gluten-free food and, despite ordering a dish that did not list gluten as an ingredient, it did have gluten-containing decorations on it so beware of that if it would affect you. The staff replaced the dish straight away though with one that was safe to eat. We made sure that we stressed the gluten-free need after that regardless of what the menu says. Our rooms were clean and very spacious with comfortable enormous beds which the parents of the baby were very grateful for as it easily fitted all three of them with room to spare. We all had a great time and would strongly recommend it. PS take some bug spray as there are mosquitoes around"

The highlight of our stay was the restaurants both breakfast and dinner. Without question, Every meal was outstanding, with incredible flavors, beautifully prepared dishes, and an atmosphere that made every dinner memorable. What truly set this property apart, however, was the people. The service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The restaurant team provided impeccable service at every meal, and the owner was gracious, genuinely caring, and clearly passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience. If you're looking for a place that has world-class dining, and truly exceptional hospitality, this villa is second to none. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!"

"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location is perfect for visiting Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, and beautiful vineyards, all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and am certain you won't be disappointed."
