"Had a great stay at ENA Suite Hotel. Staff were helpful, breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect - local restaurants on street were fabulous- everything was close bye. We were a family of 5 adults and one toddler."

"Pros Staff were excellent and very helpful. Shop downstairs handy. The breakfast was nice - although two rooms were open for guests, it still felt too many people for the space and you often had to wait for things to be restocked (coffee cups for example). This was no bother but saying in case it is for some people. Location was excellent near the subway in a quiet area between busy Myeondong centre and markets! Washing machine and tumble dryer an excellent addition. Cons Room itself was big but was disappointed having booked an apartment style room only to have two cups, 0 cutely, no glasses, no plates or amenities in the room. I had to ask for those from downstairs but they could only provide me with more mugs and spoons and nothing else! After long day with family and kids, some nights it was nice to stay in and eat excerpt we had very little to cook/ eat with. Room clean was daily but it was to empty bins only. We aren’t ones for a daily clean if I am honest but when a clean was needed I was surprised that it was beyond basic! We were a little disappointed having asked to cancel breakfast after paying for it for two nights (due to early start - poor planning on my part) to be told we couldn’t as its hotel policy because of the booking deal. We had no deals and overpaid massively for this hotel. We paid room fee outright and paid for breakfast at the property separate. We liked it but honestly I am unsure if I would stay there again."

"Hotel is well maintained and in a central walkable part of Seoul. Train station entrance is a block away so it’s easy to get anywhere fast. Train system is super easy to use. As far as the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, and always available. Breakfast buffet was convenient, and we used the laundry facilities once. Did not go to restaurant or bar. The only negative I would say about the room was that it’s on the small side and could use a few more drawers for storage. All in all we enjoyed the stay there though and will again if we are to ever return."

"It was a noisy, for two nights, there some drilling in the street after 12 midnight and lasted for like 3 hrs They don’t turn the AC on at this time But there was an electric fan available upon request. No outlets on the wall so if you have a CPAP machine, make sure to bring a long extension cord The location is great! It’s right on the myeongdong street"
