"This was a great place , great location . 1/2 mile walk from all the fun things tourist want to see. The only issue I had was my room might’ve been a connecting room at one time in the past so that door is still there . It’s a bit creepy . Then when I turned on my t v in the living room area the next door neighbor would bang on the door or wall for me to turn it down . I never had it past volume 8 which made me feel like I couldn’t watch tv . Not the biggest worry in the world but a bit annoying . The apt was large and clean The bed can use better pillows maybe a bit more pillows as they only gave 2 pillows to a king size bed and firmer pillows "

"Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Le Méridien is close to major museums and Karlsplatz station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel feels outdated, with dim hallways and aging infrastructure. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I was given a bathrobe with stains on it and had to ask for a replacement. The room also had issues with old wiring that made clicking noises, which I got around by avoiding certain light switches. The shower pipes also made a constant loud, almost drilling sound. When I asked staff for help, they not only dismissed the noise levels by saying it wasn't that bad, but told me there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I eventually fixed it myself by adjusting the shower knobs, but I would have expected the housekeeping staff to know that and be more helpful. The hotel also seemed overbooked and a bit noisy at times. Overall, a convenient location but not up to expectations for comfort or service."

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."
