"Quick checkin. Nice restaurant. My BIGGEST gripe is the shower floor with water running is a HAZARD. I alop n slided through the shower. Fix.it."

"The staff was excellent to help me after an arrival snafu, and thereafter always available and responsive. Walked several blocks to find me upon arrival and then accompanied me to get my uber taxi upon departure as examples. Nicely situated place right in the heart of downtown; a little older and dated but clean and quite comfortable, small bar and adjacent cafe convenient. "

"We only stayed one night, as we needed to catch an early flight the next morning. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently in very poor condition and does not feel like a 4-star property. It appears to be undergoing renovations, and the front desk is temporarily located on the B1 level. The lobby couches were very dirty, with many visible stains. I strongly advise against dining at the hotel restaurant. The menu offers very limited options We ordered cod and chicken with a Caesar salad. The rice served with the cod was extremely salty, and we had to ask the waitress to take it back. They later offered plain white rice instead. The chicken was very dry, and the portions were surprisingly small (overpriced!). It’s disappointing that such simple dishes could be poorly executed. Additionally, the parking machine was not working, so we had to go to the front desk to make the payment. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."
