"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made everything feel smooth from start to finish. The free shuttle bus was extremely convenient for getting to and from the airport, saving both time and stress. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety to start the day. It’s also a great choice for families, with a safe and accommodating atmosphere. "Love staying here. Continent shuttle from PVG. Short cab ride to Shanghai metro if you want to get into the city. Staff (especially 219 223 cleaning lady) is so helpful. Only downside is that you pretty much need to take a taxi to find food or shopping options. Not very convenient to walk around the hotel. "
