"I always stay at the New Otani when I'm in Tokyo. The subway station (Akasaka Mitsuke) is a few minutes walk from the hotel and it has both the Ginza and Marunouchi subway lines - making it easy to get to your desired location in the Tokyo Metro area. The 400-yr old garden is beautiful as well at the rose garden. Staff is exceptional, as you would expect in Japan. Don't miss the weekend buffet at Trader Vic's. Its a little pricey but the food is amazing and the sparkling wine is all you can...

"Conveniently located near subway station, lots of shopping within walking distance, English speaking staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. Washer/dryer in room was a plus! "

"The accommodations was very clean and close to grocery stores. The only problem we had was the control panel for the water heater kept on talking ( Japanese ) . We did not understand what the panel was saying and we didn't know how to turn the notifications off. It got real annoying after a while."

"Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life… Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive. Just wish the bed was a little softer…"
