The Finca Can Ramon has been completely restored with great attention to detail a few years ago. In this common natural materials, such as the natural stone façade, skillfully combined with modern furnishings. The house is situated on a 12 000 square meter plot in absolute solitary position without direct neighborhood.
From the slightly elevated lying pool overlooks the original landscape of the island center.
Between pool and house invites a small garden to the sleepy linger under the trees and on the covered terrace is a relaxing drive out the day. From here you get to the ground level house directly into a spacious and cozy living and dining area, the modern and fully equipped kitchen to open occupies half of the floor space. Two doors lead to an airy modern bathroom with an open shower and a romantic bedroom with double bed and clothes drawers each. In the living room, the sofa-bed for a third person can fix up.
Both Sineu with its numerous restaurants, two supermarkets and a train station as well as the smaller Llubí with its lovely church square and an area surrounded by bars can all be reached in just a few minutes by car. Also to the beautiful beaches in the north is not far away and the motorway in Inca offers a more convenient access. The house offers an ideal starting point for recreation and beach holidays.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Vor allem der Außenbereich mit Pool, verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Grünanlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Ein Gefühl von einer Lodge in Südafrika kommt auf, wenn man den Sonnenuntergang betrachtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Vermieter außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt entspricht einem Haus auf dem Lande über Schotterwege. Ich empfehle die Finca!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wer Erholung und absolute Ruhe sucht, ist in dieser Finca genau richtig. Das Grundstück ist sehr abgelegen und so manche Anfahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr abenteuerlich;-) Im Haus ist alles vorrätig was man braucht , der Pool ist super frisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Inca genug. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte hätten wir . Wir waren 12 Tage dort und hätten gerne eine Waschmaschine vorrätig gehabt um Badesachen und Handtücher ab und zu durchzuwaschen. Und das zweite wäre ein Deckenventilator in der Stube aber vor allem im Schlafzimmer ist zwingend nötig. Denn obwohl wir alle Fenster und Fensterläden am Tage geschlossen hatten war so manche Nacht unerträglich warm und man fühlte sich wie im Backofen. Trotz dieser zwei Sachen würden wir die Finca empfehlen und auch wir sie wieder buchen. Denn der Urlaub war einfach traumhaft Lg Familie D Aus Halle an der Saale PS: um das Grundstück gut zu finden , empfehlen wir Google Maps

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Finca war exakt wie beschrieben, die Lage ist überragend. Es ist extrem ruhig und es gibt nahezu keine Nachbarn. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Team Mallorca und dem Vermieter war einfach und super. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts und auch der Außenbereich ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend und mit Salzwasser gefüllt, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Sonne und im Schatten zu entspannen und zu essen. Einfach überragend!

Traumhaft

Eine wunderschöne, idyllische Finca gefühlt mitten im Nirgendwo und doch zentral gelegen. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Agentur und ein sehr netter Vermieter.. Alles hat unkompliziert funktioniert und unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden, selbst Küchengewürze.. Die liebevoll gestaltete Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist ganz für sich allein und kann seinen Aufenthalt ungestört genießen. Wir machen in der Regel nie Urlaub, wo wir schon mal gewesen sind, aber diese Unterkunft werden wir sicher nochmal besuchen!!!

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen.Nach einem herzlichen Empfang fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause.Für Reisende,die Erholung suchen,ist dieser Ort genau richtig.In den Nachbarorten Sineu, Llubi und Inca kann man prima Lebensmittel einkaufen. Muchas gracias a Gabriel!Saludos!

A place to calm down

We loved to stay in the quiet and privacy of finca Ca'n Ramon. The house is very charming and tasteful, the pool area beautiful with a view over the countryside and mountains. It has everything you need for a genuine Majorcan stay far away from tourism. The host with family very nice and friendly. Grateful thanks from Lena & Stefan

Objekt genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage in der Mitte der Insel ist optimal für uns gewesen um Wanderungen in allen Insel-Ecken durchzuführen. Die Finca ist ursprünglich und bestens für zwei Leute geeignet. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Great stay

Great stay at this finca near llubi. Lovely property with pool. Nice hosts. About 20 mins from nearest beaches on north coast but whole island is accessible. Would highly recommend it for a lovely inland stay.

Gemeinsam mit meinem Partner und einem Freund haben wir 8 Tage in der Finca verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden! In Echt sieht die Unterkunft noch schöner aus, als es auf den Bildern ersichtlich ist. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort! :-)

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Meine Freundinnen und ich haben uns vom ersten Moment an in dieser Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Alles ist liebe- und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht und Schafe und Esel als Nachbarn mag, ist hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett und der Check-In war unproblematisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Very nice place in the middle of nowhere

We stayed 2 weeks in July 2021 at this place which is perfect if you are looking for an house in the countryside. This place is quiet (except for 1days where the neighbours where doing some works) and the pool was very appreciated.

Lovely sunny Finca

We really enjoyed our stay at the Finca. After 1 year waiting und pushing back the trip, we finally could relax ourselves there. Everything is perfect to have a good time, nice places to chill / eat outside, great kitchen to cook fresh product, the nice garden that smells like orange flowers and the swimming pool of course. The house doesn't have Wifi but it's a nice way to disconnect and you can still find 4G around :) The host is very lovely, we recommend it without hesitation!

Ein wunderbarer erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben im Juli 20 einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in dieser Finca gehabt. Relativ in der Inselmitte gelegen, befand man sich umgeben von Natur und Tieren. Mit dem Auto war alles super zu erreichen. Die Finca ist wikrlich ein ort, an dem man runterfahren kann. Die Ausstattung war prima, der Pool herrlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer problemlos. Für uns eine richtige Erholoase. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Erholung pur für Ruhesuchende

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit einem sehr freundlichen und engagierten Vermieter, der sich stets um anfallende Fragen und Belange gekümmert hat. Für 2 Personen fehlt es hier an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Es war soooo schön ... !

Wir kamen auf teils abenteuerlichen Wegen in der kleinen Finca an und wurden von unserem Vermieter - unter Einhaltung aller Corona-Bedingungen - herzlich empfangen. Verständigen konnten wir uns in einfachem Englisch. Die Finca war super gepflegt und sauber. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Die Räume konnten durch schwere Holzaußentüren vor Hitze gesichert werden. Daher vermissten wir keine Klimaanlage. Der nächtliche WC-Gang wurde erleichtert durch Bewegungsmelder, die kurze Lichtfrequenzen gesendet haben, so dass der Gang durch das Haus auch ohne Einschalten von Lampen möglich war. Herrlich war auch besonders der Privatpool. Es kostete meist erstmal Überwindung, dort einzusteigen, aber es war höchst erfrischend. An jeder Stelle des Pools kann man als Erwachsener gut stehen. Im Garten gab es Obstbäume. Orangen und Zitronen waren noch nicht reif, aber die Feigen konnten wir ernten und mit Ziegenfrischkäse als echten Gaumenschmaus genießen. Es war etwas schwierig, einen geeigneten Lebensmittelladen zu finden. Wir sind dafür ca. 8 km nach Inca zum Hiper Market gefahren. Dort gab es alles, was man brauchte, auch frische Backwaren und warme Speisen zum dort essen oder mitnehmen. Alle drei Tage kam unser lieber Vermieter abends - geschützt mit einer Maske - zu uns und hat nach dem Rechten geschaut. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Finca sowas von genossen! Allerdings ... in den letzten drei Tagen hat der Besitzer des unmittelbar neben dem Pool liegenden Grundstücks angefangen, täglich Säge- und Holzarbeiten durchzuführen. Das hat die ruhige Idylle, in denen es vorher nur das Bimmeln und Blöken der Schafe, die Hühner und Esel, einen Regionalzug und ein paar Flugzeuge gab, etwas eingeschränkt. Zug und Flugzeuge waren für uns auch nicht störend. Jetzt sind wir wieder zuhause ... aber in Gedanken sind wir noch in "unserem" Haus und vermissen die Weite, die Landschaft, den Pool und die Sonne! Ganz lieben Dank für alles - auch an Frau Voss vom Special Mallorca Team. Wir schauen auf jeden Fall auch auf dieser Seite nach einer Finca für das nächste Jahr!

Away from everything

We had a lovely holiday, enjoyed the swimming pool and tranquility of the location. We went to the beach at Can Picafort, which was some 20-30 minutes drive. Horse riding was also good nearby.

Wunderschöne Finca

Wer die Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht ist hier richtig. Wir haben die Finca genossen, die Ruhe. Wir waren so begeistert das wir sogar ein Fincatag eingelegt haben. Der Pool reicht auch völlig aus. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
