"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An unfortunate incident changed the course of our trip and without their professionalism and kindness the whole vacation could have turned into a real nightmare. "Too many nice things to say… - Friendly - Helpful - Great location to town and bus stop - if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board… the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful - Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned - Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7… lattes, hot choc and more - even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon "

The valet parking was seamless, and having our car cleaned was such a thoughtful touch – it really made us feel special. The evening meal was exceptional – great quality and beautifully presented. While we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the stay were definitely 5-star. Would happily return!"
