"The hotel is getting a glow up and it’s awesome. Staff super nice and helpful. My ONLY complaint is that the only gluten-free breakfast option was a banana or clementine. Although I love those, it would be nice to see some GF muffins or GF granola bars. That’s all! "

"Property was not the cleanest. Pool was a little chilly but nice pool for little kids. 8” entry up to 3 ft. Had amenities for little kids such as 2 slides and a mushroom waterfall. Breakfast was avg. staff at breakfast were very nice. Kids liked the pool and that was why we stayed there. Would not of picked that hotel if it weren’t for having little kids and the pool. "

"The room itself was clean. Some of the upgrades and repairs looked sloppy, but everything worked as it should, and it was clean. The use NFC cards, which is awesome because I always have terrible luck with the sliding cards."

"We had a great stay at this property in March/April 2026 with our elementary aged kids and dog. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but conveniently located to hop on the interstate to the zoo or downtown. Also we found plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and enjoyed Prehistoric Putt. The house is nice and very spacious, and the kitchen is quite well-appointed. We appreciated the 2 separate living spaces in the living room and basement. The king master and 3 queens are all together on the upper level, which was perfect for us, and there is a set of twin bunkbeds in the basement. The mattresses were a bit firm for our taste, but the linens are very nice.You can park in the double garage, which is a nice extra feature. Kids loved the games in the basement. There are coat hooks by the garage door, closets in every bedroom, and two vanity cabinets in the master bath—great touches to help keep things organized. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs here—3 half flights because of the split level.Our dog made good use of the fenced backyard and it was helpful that the kitchen was gated to contain him when we left. The yard could use some cleanup where it looks like there used to be a pool, he got a little muddy on rainy days.The host was very responsive and friendly. We found one small problem with a dripping pipe, and he let me decide whether to have someone come in to fix it while we were there or wait until we left—very accommodating. "

"We loved our stay in this lovely ranch with a cozy living room, convenient parking, attentive host and nearby attractions. The bedrooms were inviting with comfortable bedding and plush extra blankets. Bathrooms featured wonderful showers with excellent water pressure and all of the amenities. Highly recommend this home to other travelers. For our return trips to Omaha, this will be our favorite spot to stay."

"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"This house was a great place for our family to stay for a few days over spring break. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful. The five bedrooms allowed our family to spread out. The 16month old even got a bedroom. We appreciated that there was a pack-n-play and high chair. The house was very clean. A couple of recommendations we would make for the future…. While there were plenty of plates and bowls, there was a limited number of drinking glasses (4). There also wasn’t any glass cookware/serving dishes. It would be helpful to have more hand towels for the bathrooms. The last thing is that the temperature was very hard to regulate. The basement was very cold and we couldn’t make it so it was comfortable on both levels. We still had a great time and would recommend this home!"
