"We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The rooms were clean and very spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they made us feel well taken care of the whole time. The location was also very convenient, especially for tour pickups, which made getting around really easy. Breakfast was simple but good, with enough options to start the day. One thing we really appreciated was their help with our early flight. They didn’t have an airport shuttle available at 4 AM, so the hotel arranged and paid for a Lyft to make sure we got to the airport on time. That extra effort really stood out to us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back."

"What it is, is a fully furnished 1BR apt in an apartment complex. I guess you could say it is a hotel. I would not call it a resort, but that is fine. It is decent sized 1BR apt for the price of a tiny hotel room!! Close to shopping and restaurants. We shall return next winter. "

Would definitely stay here again. It was -20 highs and -30 lows, 3ft of snow on the ground during our stay. Everything is beautiful under this snow."

"This was an excellent choice for us! The host was very responsive to any questions and helpful when we needed some special assistance. Having a garage for the rental car was a huge plus during the repeated snow events over our 8 nights. Having the driveway maintained was also very appreciated.As to the accommodation itself, the description is very accurate. I will add that it was about the most thoughtfully equipped place I have stayed. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Fairbanks!"

"Our stay at Gilmore House in Fairbanks was fantastic. Laura and Martin were exceptional hosts. Before we arrived Laura sent many links to restaurants, museums, events, and activities we may be interested in and all of them were terrific. They were near by if we needed anything but also respectful of guests privacy. We got caught short of supplies by the weather but they had some food on hand at the house that made that situation not an issue. They planned ahead when we didn't. The house itself was like a mini museum with artifacts and numerous Alaska historical pieces. We had a wonderful time in Fairbanks and Martin and Laura helped make that all possible.Dave and Anne "
