"Our room had a great view of th Island at Pigeon Forge TN. Staff is friendly and the bike we can borrow was great to ride around town! "

"We loved the way the theme was incorporated into every aspect of the hotel and decorations. Very well designed. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel cleaning staff do an excellent job as the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and the staff did a superb job maintaining the area clean and refilling any food that was running low. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so we had to shower with the door open. "

"Great location, clean room w jacuzzi and fireplace, fantastic staff and outstanding breakfast! Family friendly! Door we used the most near elevator was sticky and Water pressure for shower was a bit low were our only complaints. Overall an excellent experience! "

"Friendly staff"

"When I stay at a hotel, I worry about cleanliness but have never had a problem at this hotel, it’s always so clean and smells great. The pool water was so warm, my daughter loved it! We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay plenty more times. Only advice I’d say is add a full length mirror in the rooms, it’s so helpful when several are getting ready. Wonderful, friendly staff too!"
