"Fantastic view, friendly staff, family suite had everything we needed to allow for light cooking, prompt kettle for tea and instant coffee, and small fridge to keep food and beverage cool. Will stay again!"
Peninsula Suites

"Unique, stand-alone apartments/suites on a scenic site. Close to a beautiful but challenging hiking trail. A little cafe is within a few minutes walking distance, as is a hotel with a restaurant and bar. There are no beverages or snacks. Check-in is flawless if you read your email from 2 days before. (We were traveling and didn’t check.) No air conditioning, but open windows cooled the room. In the end, it might have been nice to stay another night or two."

"I enjoyed staying at the Guesthouse Hof. The owners of the property were very helpful and kind. The room was clean. It was a great hopping off point to see the wonders of the Snæfellsnes peninsula."

"Our Superior room was great! Room was very large and had a seating area. Had a direct view of Kirkjufell Mountain! The property itself features a communal kitchen for guests to use for cooking and refrigeration needs. Property is located 2-3 minutes from Grundarfjörður and offers quick access to local dining and shopping needs. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area."

"No hand towel holder and no shampoo in the bathroom - surprising for such a nice hotel. Not as good as Fosshotel Myvatn. Fabulous location and view."
