"I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I made my reservation over a month in advance, but when we arrived, our room still wasn’t ready. We also requested a baby crib, and despite being told multiple times that one would be provided, it never was. The staff kept giving us conflicting information and made us wait without resolving the issue. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. The staff had an attitude."

"Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!"

"We had just left quality Inn beach front from 6/28 to 7/2 . We decided to stay extra day but they didn't have any rooms left so we booked extra night at kokomo suites. "Had a great overall stay here. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and other things. The only bad thing I would say is that the room had a funky smell to it, almost like water had gotten in at some point and was not addressed. Besides for this everything was great and I would certainly stay here again!"

"It was good what we needed it for. However, $10 a day for parking is absurd for what we paid for. Rooms were musky, pillows uncomfy. They advertise free breakfast but you actually only get a voucher to the Italian restaurant that is VERY SLOW. They advertise kids eat for free, but it’s only with certain meals. Only 2 kids, and you have to remind them and check the bill. Kids enjoyed. Had fun in the pool and swim up bar. Loved the flavored water in lobby every day."

"This place was great for the location! It worked great for our needs! Staff never came to clean our room, which I was fine with. When we would ask for more towels or anything we needed, they would get them and bring them to our room right away. The fridge was bigger than I expected and overall I would stay here again. It was perfect for an ocean vaca!"

This year we were on the second floor, and it was noticeably noisier than the higher floors due to boardwalk and parking lot noise. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a higher floor. "Guests next door were loud and disruptive from 2–5 a.m. on multiple nights. Despite complaints, nothing changed. On the third night, two people entered our porch at 2:15 a.m., causing fear and a 911 call. The hotel knew of the issue but failed to act. We lost sleep and did not receive a safe stay."
