"From the start, my family and I booked this hotel at the very last minute due the storm and flooding in Hoi An, we were accommodated with luxury and clean rooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional customer service from the hotel supervisor Bobby and front desk receptionist Helen. Their customer service made my family felt like home. My family and I made plans for massage services, Helen was able to accommodate us quickly and I am talking about within couple hours. Overall, my family and I were super satisfied with our stay. Exceptional customer service, clean room, always smile. We will definitely stay at the Golden Lotus luxury hotel when we come back in the future. Highly highly recommended to everyone. "
