Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. "Overall good experience. Room interior was good. But it was a king superior which while the room was a good space when you opened the window we looked directly at a restaurant vent (assume) and the other window beside it was a bird crap covered structure that had about t years of dirt on it. I'm not asking for a view of the palace when the word superior is used in the description but that was the most disheartening experience of a room I've ever had. It should be a closet. "
