"They advertise that its a hotel, but its not its a Motel and it was not cleaned. I went through and wiped the counters, door handles and toilet seat it was disgusting, like they haven't cleaned up after the previous person. The bed was very comfortable, so I'll give them that and the location is great, but I will not be coming back here."

"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs. "Great place to take the kids and a great getaway. Place is nice and so much to do. We had a great time and we will be returning to celebrate my Son 5th birthday. Room was clean upon arrival Staff was great and pools were awesome and the shows for the kids was great as well. Recommend this place if you have kids."

"I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, trails, and other attractions. It is approximately 16-20 mins from Sky Harbor airport and within minutes of Fashion Square mall. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is lively with impressive amenities such as gym, pool, cabana, bar/restaurant, complimentary bicycle rental, and valet service. I highly recommend reservations for the onsite restaurant Calla because it can get really busy. "
