I was still billed for both rooms (except for some $22 resort fee that was split). Now I have to hassle with our group to sort out the payments. Not a huge deal, but if that was not possible to pay for the two rooms separately at checkin I wish the person had told me. I thought we were clear. "Please put the 2nd room on this other credit card give you by a different person". i.e., not check the little resort fee."
