"Excellent location in the heart of the shopping and dining area - with other destinations like the harbor within a short and easy walk. A Starbucks and a restaruant are "attached" to the property which can be convenient if needed. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall condition of the property was clean and neat. The fitness area/gym is not great...older cardio (a bike and an elliptical) and some dumbbells - a sauna and hot tub are available as well which is a nice options (didn't use them - so can't vouch for those). Overall, I would recommend...."

"Check in process was super easy. The pods whilst a bit small, utilised the space really well. Would be great for one person, for two people and if you have a lot of luggage you would have to co-ordinate well as there wasn't a huge amount of floor space. There are lockers to store bigger bags but would be annoying bringing them in and out. Otherwise the bathrooms and hot tub were amazing and clean,and everyone as quiet and respectful. The kitchen had amenities to use and even beer or wine sold by the glass. Super easy place to stay in a great location."

"Spotless hotel in the centre of town. Convenient walking access to all major shopping districts and fine dining. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and surprisingly our room was ready as well. Room was beautiful and very well appointed. Stay here if you value cleanliness, attentive staff and a perfect location."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ivris from housekeeping was helpful & polite giving us fresh towels since we opted for the green initiative (less cleaning). Diego & Carolina at reception were helpful with the HX mixup with our reservation so we did not end up homeless in Reykjavik. We love that bus stop #12 is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a hot tub to relax in after long days of excursions. Would also appreciate a little bigger tv in the room. A beautiful Iceland scenery picture or Icelandic art work can brighten up the room. Our standard room has many blank walls. Maybe time to refresh the beds. Airport shuttle may also be a nice service for guests."
