"Amazing place to stay! It had everything we needed or would have needed if we were staying longer. The quality of the bed linens and towels are excellent. Pillows are great and the bed is very comfortable. The shower and water temperature are amazing! My favorite part is the water temperature never decreased my whole shower! The heat and a/c work great and is very quiet! It is a very relaxing place to stay and I cannot wait to go back! I love the location to WCU. The response time from the owners is amazing, too! We found a great little restaurant to eat at in Sylva called Speedy’s Pizza Pub. I travel a lot and this studio apartment was one of the nicest, cleanest, and most relaxing places I have ever stayed. A huge thank you to the owners for the love and care they put into this place. "

"This is a lovely cabin surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, yet not too far from Sylva or Dillsboro. The cabin had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and the cabin was clean. "

"First, if you want all the extra amenities and fancy décor that you get at some of those chain hotels, then this is not the place for you. But if you want a simple room that is clean and has everything you really need, at a good price, and is close to downtown Sylva, then this is a great place. It is an old roadside motel that is definitely basic in its design. But it was very clean and everything in the room worked. Which is better than I can say about the last VRBO I stayed at. Its is about a block from downtown Sylva and definitely walkable. The floors are all ceramic tile even in the bedroom area which means you know that it is clean, unlike the carpets at a lot of those "fancy" hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were good quality and again, clean. The back of the motel faces a beautiful little creek and the rear window opens so you can hear the water running. We enjoyed it and liked the location so much that we have made another reservation for next month and cancelled the place we had reserved in Cherokee. "
