"This is a great location. The breakfast is actually very good there are many options and many of the staff were welcoming however I was disappointed at check in the host was very cold did not explain how the elevators work the hostess of the restaurant was kind and came ove to show me. Also I choose to stay at this place because I had heard great things about the roof top and I was not able to use on the night I checked, the form of imforning, was very impersonal. On the way out I was service by an employee that was extremely personal and very concerned about my experience. I hope the owners sees this, and Johnathan is rewarded for his service."

"This room is fantastically priced for such a great location. The front end staff were very nice. Only reason it’s not five stars is that the AC really dripped when it was on high (due to heat and humidity) and I was afraid it was going to damage something. For the location, and brasil accommodations though, I would stay here again. "
