"The room was roach infested. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom door handle was broken. That was a big hole and a wall behind the main door and dead roaches and real roaches crawling all over the place bathroom and in the main room and they didn't have a night attended readily available. "The host was very helpful with the issues that we had. The site had very nice towels and was clean on arrival. Kitchen was very small and had only a tiny table and two stools for seating. Kitchenware was adequate. Toaster should be discarded because it is a burn hazard. Microwave quit working but was promptly replaced with a new one. Pipes froze one time and required us to vacate the unit for half a day until they were fixed.Biggest complaint was the TV setup, which only functioned about half the time and had frequent loss of internet connection. e.g. it quit right in the middle of the Superbowl, and we missed most of a quarter until we could get it back online again. This happened 3 or more times every day and was very annoying."
