"The breakfast was ok normal English breakfast as per any hotel. The problem always is its never hot and this hotel was no different. I wonder when hotels realise that bay Marie or similar do not work. The room was fine but don't like the new idea of no clean rooms, now it's just top ups of what you need "

"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"

"No guest information provided other than a few notes on line, so we didn’t know about cleaner, bins, emergency service etc or nice things like local recommendations. Host was extremely hard to get hold of and very slow to respond which was a particular issue given we were staying there 5 weeks. "

"Owner couldnt do enough to help us and keep us informed. Property absoutely spotless and tea,coffee,biscuits andmilk etc left for our arrival, wouldnt hesitate to book again. !"
