"Good hotel for families. Friendly & helpful staff, room was fine, good size bathroom. Well stocked tea & coffee in the room. We enjoyed using the pool table in the bar area. Looked like a decent dinner menu although we didn't try anything. Breakfast was pretty limited so not sure I would choose to have the breakfast again, although we did go down at 10am so not sure it there was a wider selection earlier. The site doesn't have its own parking but there is a very close multistorey car park across a couple of roads."

"Good breakfast , room clean and fine for our stay the staff were really helpful and happy to help. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was close to the centre about a 10 mins walk. If you use a taxi it takes longer due to route taxis have to drive. No restaurant but you could order some food at the bar (pizzas) we didn’t so can’t comment on food. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Birmingham."

"Ok should have known staying at a hotel while it was having building work done, first night very cold and put it down to complicated temperature control. But the next day when going out seeing heaters being moved out of rooms. Once I returned I sat how cold it was and was promptly given a heater room was nice a toasty. Parking, once you have a space Don't move your car or lose the space. But I was warned. It was a shame that I encountered the member of staff knew nothing about road tolls or M6 charges. "

"Room 1615: The carpet was heavily stained, particularly around the bathroom door. The refrigerator appeared unclean and poorly maintained, to the extent that we did not feel comfortable using it, even for complimentary items such as bottled water."

"Stayed here several times, always a good experience. Hotel ideal for events in Digbeth. Parking very convenient in Moor St car park and only £5 per night. Breakfast was great. Linda on reception was very helpful. "
