"The recording studio was a great place to stay, and we'll try to stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine. Greg (the host) was excellent about communicating, check-in and check-out were easy, the location was good, and the studio itself was clean, comfortable, interesting, and stylishly decorated. My one suggestion would be to update the amenities listing: Expedia says the studio includes laundry facilities, but when we checked in we found a sign saying that the washer/dryer were for housekeeping use only (not for guests). It turned out to be no problem for us, but it could have been if we'd packed/planned differently. "
