"Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again."

"Great location- there is parking but it’s VERY tight- the whole property is dark- not much sunlight- mattress is comfy but no top sheet or mattress cover "

"Great location Great staff friendly & helpful Breakfast great The room let are stay down For what we paid the room needs a revamp paint above tv looks awful damp coming through paint all lifting , ceiling light missing glass cover needs replacing, tv old remote not very responsive to use , bathroom bit tired plug for bath not attached handles on the bath are terrible all loose ,"

"For me, the hot tub was the selling point, making the property stand out from its contenders. I wasn't disappointed. The garden is private, there were no noisy neighbours, the accommodation was spacious. The kitchen equipment more than adequate to enable me to make meals.There are good public footpaths that you can pick up from near the accommodation. I was able to walk to Lundy Bay & St Enodoc's church from the house."

Puffins Cottage, Rock is very close to the beach, parking for 3 cars and garden.

"Clean, well appointed cottage. Bathrooms are looking tired and probably should be replaced . The first time we used the en-suite shower, water poured through the lounge ceiling. We called the number given and a man came round , tested the shower and claimed it didn’t leak. We just had to use the other shower after this "

"Excellent location & excellent property. Everything you need & much much more . Property spotless & very welcoming, being decorated for the Xmas season was a lovely touch as we were visiting for the Padstow Xmas Fayre . Our 2nd stay at this property & certainly not our last . Thank you once again Leafy Hollow Team"
