"Did have ocean view staff was extremely rude room was not cleaned had to take our own trash and ask for towels everyday we had 4 people staying in room and would only give us 3 towels (we paid for four people) their were roaches in room and staff tried to charge room deposit when we arrived that I had already paid . Worst hotel experience I have ever had !!!!"

"It was great stay other than the check in process they third party company trying to push you take a tour and give you stuff to try and get you to buy into it was way to much they don’t like no for an answer"

"The pictures shown when I booked vs the room were different. I was floor 2 so beach view was not that great. Also in the pics you provided my room had a kitchenette so I went with groceries and stuff to cook food, but the room I got had no kitchenette. I was pretty upset at that and wanted to get a different hotel but obviously it was bike week so I just handled it."
