"Great location with easy access to public transport, rooms have no safety deposit boxes or air con in them so they can get hot, there are safety deposit boxes in the lobby which is not ideal as everyone walks past them, some rooms are tired and need modernising, mine didn't even have any desk height power outlets I had to boil the kettle on the floor"

"We’re not told there was no parking and no elevator. Both caused problems.Very glad there was a working washer and dryer.Suggest some kind of cleaning of the bathroom drain pipes as the smell was really off putting ."
