"Hotel is beautiful with pleasant welcoming staff. The location is superb: one block from Vienna state opera and other city attractions are walking distance. Rooms are clean but a bit dated, has kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, teapot and selection of teas. Public transport nearby as well. We had a great time in Vienna. "

"We found the room to be unclean. The carpets are filthy and need replacing. I was thankful to have slippers. The walls and doors were dirty. Especially bathroom door. Closeness to the train station was a plus."

"An excellent hotel in the center of very nice stores & choice of excellent restaurants, one block from St Stephen’s Cathedral, and the underground rail system. Beautiful room, excellent staff, with many amenities included in the price, free wine bottle in room, free juices and beer in room refrigerator, free wine & pastries in restaurant from noon till 11:00 pm. Definitely my place to sta again if I visit Vienna again."
