It was prom night, so there is people out late, the rooms are not insulated, we heard all sorts of noise, both voices and door, slamming, totally ruined our night sleep"

The only complaint is that the property does not have central heat and air and the temperatures reached 80 plus degrees while we were there. The bedrooms were very hot and we did not sleep well. There was only a mini split unit in the kitchen which did not cool the whole house. We asked about it and were told that they bring in seasons portable air conditioners but only in the summer months. It would also be helpful if they provided a welcome book with a manual on how to operate everything in the house. "

"The property is a 'mother in law cottage' attached to another rental property managed by the same owners. it is a very nicely appointed suite for two people, close to Cheyenne Canyon and about 1/2 mile from Broadmoor Hotel. The managers are very responsive to your needs. There is a coffee beverage station and a full kitchen with ample cooking supplies. I very much enjoyed my stay"
