"Beautiful, big, modern room looking out over the river. Very quiet and convenient. The bath was big enough i could lay down all the way, I am 5'8". We were misinformed regarding the breakfast, if you want it a 12£ book the night before, or you're stuck paying 17£. I spoke with manager about it, she was very nice and understanding but did not reimburse us the 10£, which i found a bit cheeky. If we were back home in Montreal, they would of reimbursed us! "Good hotel in Kelvingrove Area. Bus 77 from Buchanan Street bus station stops opposite the hotel. (It is a long walk from city centre). Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. "

"Stayed here for one evening whilst at a concert. Can not fault the reception staff member, Katja. She was very helpful in giving us directions, calling a taxi and overall just very friendly. Security guard at night Ian was an absolute gem, he found our extra requests which we asked for (fan and extra pillow) and kept them for us coming back. Hotel smelt very clean and had everything we needed. "
