"Check in was relatively easy but staff did not give the opportunity of storing baggage for a few hours. They just offered us to pay to get room access to store our bags. Couples should avoid booking a "compact" room because the bed is fixed to the wall ensuring one person has to crawl over the other to get up."

Despite the fact that there was a general strike of hotel workers, those on duty were seen to ensure that the high standard of service was maintained, with rooms clean, tidy and ready for guests. The breakfast was excellent with the selection one of the best we have experienced."
