"Great neighborhood. Called to see if I could check in early and was told I would need to pay 30£. When I walked by to drop my bags, talked to another front desk person who checked me in right away! Room was ok with a tiny window but very quiet on the back of building. "

"Positives: room was spacious and clean; staff were friendly & helpful; luggage storage facility was useful; location great near to DLR, tube & busses. Negatives: our room overlooked the railway lines and the clunking of trains was disturbing at night. However appreciate the staff can't do much about this. The breakfast was a big disappointment. There is very limited seating at proper dining size tables, so you either have to wait or use one of the sofas. The selection is limited and for our visit it was either cold or at best lukewarm. Would recommend using the Wetherspoons literally across the road for a better breakfast offering!"
