"This is a fabulous older property located in Yachats, a quaint little "artsy" town with lots of fun shops and cute restaurants. Very quiet and (mostly) clean. It is an older property, so be aware, if that's a problem for you. Great direct access to the beach and lots of green space for dogs to run! Very nice staff."

"The rooms were small but lovely &. clean. I appreciated the cotton linens and sofa, over synthetics. And enjoyed spending time on the porch overlooking the ocean. Thanks so much for the handheld showerhead!!There are just a couple things that would have improved my experience. The addition of a trash bin in the food prep area is needed, as there is just one small bin in the bath. And the mattress is very uncomfortable. Both nights of my stay I woke at 3:30 and was unable to get comfortable or fall back asleep from the muscular pain. "

"Excellent location. Right on the beach and there’s a nice ocean front gravel trail that goes around the rocky area and connects back to the sandy beach when it resumes. Property is well maintained. My only complaint was the mattress. It was ok but uneven. Either older or never rotated. But still reasonably comfortable. "
