"The hotel ticked all our boxes. Clean. Hearty breakfast. Literally next door to the railway station and DLR but no noise from the trains. Restaurants of Greenwich close by. The hotel car park is in the basement and easily accessible by lift and whilst not cheap it was a fair price given the location. A pleasent stay."

"The Yacht is lovely and the room clean and comfortable. However, breakfast was the worst part of our stay, as the breakfast room was very over-crowded and there was a long queue for a table (easily 20 minutes). Customers were getting very frustrated with the wait and complaining to staff who were equally as frustrated with complaining customers. However, the delays were not handled well by the team and some staff were rude to guests, which just wasn't appropriate. There is most definitely a better way to handle the breakfast period, if the room capacity cannot cater for the number of guests wanted breakfasts, and I hope that management address this issue with a scheduled entry for guests, so they can manage numbers effectively and avoid this situation which spoils an otherwise lovely stay."
