"Clean room"

"The room was clean overall, but I experienced a few issues during my stay. There was a very loud water noise in the room, and the TV was not working on the first night. When I contacted reception, I was informed that no maintenance staff was available overnight and that I would need to wait until the next day. Eventually, around 11 PM, I requested and received a room change. Otherwise everything was perfect. Location was amazing with thames river view and 2 minutes walking to Bus stop."

"I didn’t enjoy it as much as previous stays. The two women on reception when I arrived were great. The guy who made my tea on day 2 didn’t seem to know what he was doing, couldn’t find the milk and made the worst tea ever, which I paid for. That morning I felt hassled 6 times by other staff when I’d booked an extra night. I had to keep explaining and in the end went to reception. First the guy knocked 4 times and then a woman asking the same thing. Previously, it was better. "

"A full working kitchen with oven and hob was supplemented by a toaster, coffee machine and kettle, making it entirely possible to cook all meals in the room.. The dishwasher, fridge and washing machine enables complete independence in a tidy, modern apartment. Big screen TV with a host of electricals such as music player, alarm clock, hairdryer and iron"

"Nice hotel, quirky and interesting. Unfortunately my lock on my door didn't work and required someone to let me back into my room every time I left. Additionally, the breakfast was not great."

"Clean, friendly, straightforward, no wait or fuss at check in, parking simple. Room was very warm, even in early May, and noisy with window open, but great except for that, good value "

"The concept and design of the boat were great. However the elevator service was highly problematic. During our 3 night stay one of the two elevators was out of order the entire time. On one day, for several hours, the other elevator was out of order. During that several hour period guests had to walk up or down 3 or 4 flights of stairs. Surprisingly at reception, as people were checking out with suitcases, no offer was made to carry down luggage for guests. The food at breakfast was not warm enough. The lids to pots were heavy and there was no place to rest the lids while scooping out food. Food quality was fair."
