"The aircon in the rooms didn’t work whatsoever - now, this may not sound like a big deal, but since the windows are sealed shut, it genuinely felt like there was no air in the room. I considered leaving at 1am because it was that bad. The staff were very helpful and even allowed us to change rooms. However, it was just as bad in the next one. I’m not one who usually complains, but this was a terrible experience. "
